How do I delete the "My Photos" I have over 900 in My email account?

I have just found this section and I want to remove these photo from My email section as I receive these photos

How do I delete the "My Photos" I have over 900 in My email account?
i have just found a way. open the file. see up near the top line where it says message view. click message view. it opens all messages. you can click to check mark all and then delete the messages. this also empties the my photos or the my attachments file. voila no more pics.
