Right click on the attachment or photo, Copy.





Go to My Document, My Pictures, right click, Paste.

RIGHT CLICK ON IT IF IT IS PASTED IN THE LETTER,OR DOWNLOAD IF IT IS GIVEN AS ATTACHEMAENT
Reply:right click on the photo and save image/picture as... this should save it to my photos. I hope this helps you
