How do i get my pictures from email to photos? how do i move email to folders?

I'm not sure if this question answers what your asking but the photo that u want in ur email right click it and click "Save Image As" or "Save Picture As" and save it in My Photos under the name you want. If its and attachment just download it to the location you want

Just click on the attachment and save it to my pictures,desktop eg. and after its saved it will open automatically when youre finished looking at it close it and check the place where you saved it name what you want it to be then youre done
