How do i save jpeg photos sent to my email?

want to put them in my documents, free up inbox room....

How do i save jpeg photos sent to my email?
Well if the picture shows up in the e mail when you open it, just right click it and choose save as


Other than that, if its just attached open it, and click save as in the same way, hope this helps
