My photos will not load on a website or even an email.?

It says it is loading and takes forever and still will not load. The green bar freezes and looks like it is almost about to complete but will not load the photo. Thanks for any help.

Don't change any of your settings. It is not your computer. Read the other questions today. Many are having this problem. You can try help.yahoo.com but they already know. They will fix it.
