The person doesn't have email on their phone, but they are able to receieve pics on there. Is it possible to send it via my email address to that phone number

I have a verizon phone and to send it to a verizon phone type in the number ______@vzwpix.com I don't know a bou tother cell phone carries but I know that works for verizon wireless.
