How do I add a photo from "my photos" to an email?

I am new to Yahoo.

How do I add a photo from "my photos" to an email?
There is a button that says "Add Attachment" or "Attach Files", push it, then click browse (next to the blank spaces), go to the file and attach the photo to the email. Either that, or you could copy and paste it.
