How in the world does a person delete or move photos from their yahoo email, where it says search shortcuts?

It's on the left side of your email stuff and it's under folders then my folders, it says search shortcuts and says MY PHOTOS. There is all kinds of junk and repeats in there that I just want OFF! Can anyone help me out here? THANK YOU

If you would like to delete a photo or attachment it is necessary to delete the original email that contains the attachment/photo. you can not just delete attachment/photo.
