I need to reformat my harddrive; But I don't know how to save all my Yahoo stuff ie: folders,email,photos HELP

Need to know how to save important yahoo folders before attempting reformat. I have Windows XP. I have never tried this before.. I am totally green. So, please be very precise and make it as simple as possible My computer is messing up and my System Restore willnot work. I don't want to lose my pictures and my other folders. Want to save emails, too. Thanks for your help.

Your Yahoo stuff that you access online will stay online. However, just from your questions I would highly recommend you have help.
Reply:Anything on a yahoo server will not affect loosing any data from yahoo.. because its on there server. So if you format you wont loose anything from yahoo servers.
Reply:in the start menu all programs, find system tools there is a guide to transferring of files and settings
Reply:I'm not sure what all you're wanting to save, but from what I get, it's all online and saved on yahoo's site. You won't lose that stuff.
