Why does Yahoo! always use the same photos on their email page?

I remember when Yahoo! asked people to send in their photos for a chance that they'd be seen on the mail page but it looks like they only picked 4 images to show all the time!

Why does Yahoo! always use the same photos on their email page?
there has been a mishap at the company and so we are not recieving any mesages or updates
