Why does My Photos copy pics I send in email? How can I delete some of these?

I went into My Photos--found over 2000 pics, some repeated, most copied from email I sent out. HELP! Why is this happening. How do I delete some of these?

I cannot say why it copies - I get that too. Right click on the


photo you will see some selections - go down to delete and hit


delete - It should ask you if you want to delete it - say yes,


and it's gone!
