When I try to save photos from email, I get the red error message "unable to save". What do I do?

I have had no trouble before. Now, if I click "Save all to yahoo photos" only one or two will save. Then when I try to save individual ones, I get the red message. How do I overcome the problem? Today is the first day it has happened (24 November).
